- 1st: Steers latest possession date
February
- 12th: KJLA Committe Meeting -- 7:00 PM at Fair Office
- 20th: KFSA Livestock Meeting -- 6:00PM
- Roaster Rabbits earliest born on date. See rules for age/weight details.
March
- 17th: KFSA Livestock Meeting -- 6:00PM
April
- 21: KFSA Livestock Meeting -- 6:00PM
- Turkey Tom approximate earliest hatch date. See rules for range.
May
- 1st: Rabbit possession date for production rabbit does used to birth fryers.
- 1st: Rabbit possession date for roasters. Must have ear tattoo, breed information and/or pedigree.
- 19th: REGISTRATION EVENT & TAG PICK UP

Registration opens at 5:30 PM. Welcome and general information begins at 6 PM, followed by a presentation at 6:30 pm.

- 15th: Lamb, Goat, Swine must be in possession of the exhibitor date.
- Turkey Hen approximate earliest hatch date. See rules for acceptable range.
June
- Duck approximate earliest hatch date. See rules for acceptable range.
- 16: KFSA Livestock Meeting -- 6:00PM

- Chicken approximate earliest hatch date. See rules for acceptable range.
- Rabbit fryer earliest birth date.
July
- 21: KFSA Livestock Meeting (Livestock Superintendents)-- 6:00PM
August
- 1: All Livestock entries due in Showman
- 8: Super Saturday Mandatory work day at the Fairgrounds. Start time 9 AM.
- 15: All tags must be reported to the JLA Youth Liaison (tagging chair). Email photos of animal & visible tag to: tagging.kfsa@gmail.com
- 25: Haul-in of livestock: Turn in: Producers Affidavit; Condemned Carcass Form, signed W-9; Beef Haul Slips

Weigh-in of Steers, Lambs, Goats, and Swine -- 7:00 PM at the Swine Barn

Weigh-in of Poultry and Rabbits conducted in their respective barn.
